Loans older than 1 week. Copy the three parts below into a new Outlook email, or use a student's own buttons to send them a personal reminder.

Print stickers and put one on each piece of gear. Then, on Return gear, tap a student's "Scan returns" and hold each item up to the camera.
Backup and records
Everything is saved online and updates live on every device. Download a backup each term for safekeeping.
Records that disappeared
If a loan is removed without you confirming a return, it shows up here so nothing goes missing quietly.
Inventory
Change names, notes, categories or quantities and they save straight away. The picture comes from the category. Untick "Can borrow" to keep an item in the stocktake but hide it from students. Cameras, handycams and GoPros are numbered 1 to the quantity.
